The laminated board is mainly used in the field of building formwork, and its classification is based on surface treatment, thickness, and quality differences, as follows:
1.Based on surface treatment classification
Phenolic resin coated board: The surface is covered with phenolic resin film, providing excellent waterproof, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties, commonly used in concrete pouring scenarios.
Special adhesive coated board: The surface is covered with black or red coated paper, which is pressed by heating and has smooth, fireproof, and corrosion-resistant properties, suitable for projects with high reuse requirements.
2.Classification based on thickness and quality
Ordinary laminated board: with a thickness of about 15 threads (about 0.15 millimeters), the cost is relatively low, but the surface flatness is average, suitable for standard building formwork applications.
High end laminated board: with a thickness of up to 20 threads (about 0.20 millimeters), the surface is smoother, more beautiful, and more durable, suitable for high-precision concrete forming projects.
